She received her nutritional training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she was introduced to holistic approach to nutrition and health.

As an original partner and Managing Director of Ananas Spa in Southampton, NY, Renata developed a range of beauty and skin care programs for hundreds of loyal and appreciative clients, including Nicole Kidman and Renee Zellweger.

Born and educated in Warsaw, Poland where she received her undergraduate degree in Economics and her MBA in Management, she ran several international businesses in Poland, including a highly successful fashion business, before moving to the U.S.

Renata is fluent in English, Polish and Russian and is a great example of practicing what she preaches. Featured on Nightly News with Chuck Scarborough and on the Ladies’ Room on LTV on LI, Renata lives in Westchester, NY with her husband, Sean, and beautiful Havanese, Dolce.

How long have you been doing what you do and how did you get to be a Nutrition and Health Coach?

To answer this question, it’s probably best if I share with you a defining moment in my life that brought me to where I am today, coaching people like you on exactly what to do to loose weight, restore their health, conquer sugar and food addictions, and stop self-sabotage.

The defining moment happened a few years ago when I was diagnosed with a high cholesterol level. That was a wake-up call for me because I have a family history of heart diseases. I knew that the medications don’t work so I looked for an alternative option.

I decided to sign up for a nutrition program. These program not only changed my diet but also changed my life! In a few weeks I started to feel completely different.

I had more energy, I slept better, my headaches went away, my sugar cravings disappeared, I lost 6 pounds (while eating breakfast, lunch and dinner for the first time in my life!) AND my total cholesterol dropped 60 points!

I was so intrigued with these dramatic changes that two months later I decided to go back to school and study nutrition. I signed up for a program at Institute For Integrative Nutrition and became a Certified Nutrition and Health Coach. I would like to mention that I was not looking for a job as I have my MBA degree and I was a Managing Director and part owner of a Spa, it was just my passion I could not resist.

At that very moment, I made a commitment to immerse myself in absolutely everything that had to do with nutrition, health and wellness.  I read every book on nutrition, preventing diseases nutrition, medical research I could get my hands on. I took every course that was available.

I essentially dedicated to change my job, become an expert in nutrition and wellness and specialized in all my past health problems. I quickly realized that my nutrition program works for many other health problem as well. The reason I offer this program is simple: it works!

I have since made a commitment to dedicate the rest of my professional life to helping others make the transition in their life in a record period of time through my step-by-step, meal-by-meal nutrition coaching program, lectures, cooking classes and presentations.

Since then, I have worked with hundreds of private clients, spoken in front of countless groups, and have created The La Dolce Vita Nutrition Program; a series of 8 important steps to get more energy, lose weight, look and feel great, every person needs to apply to get the results they are looking for.

Who are your clients?

I work with people just like you who are really interested in improving their health and looks: however they don’t know what steps to take to get the results they are looking for. The La Dolce Vita Nutrition a series of 8 Steps System is created for people who are absolutely excited and serious about getting healthy, stop dieting and losing weight and stop self-sabotage. The program is created for you to put systems in place within a few weeks, which will eventually lead you to getting the results you have been thinking about and dreaming about in a record period of time, which will eventually lead you to making it your lifestyle forever.

How are you different from other nutritionists, therapists or health coaches?

Although we will touch upon calories and talk about protein, carbs, and fats I don’t offer “diets”. I only work with people who are ready to make their health and themselves a priority. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and dieting. As we work together I look at other areas of your life affect our diet and health as whole. Does stress in your life cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or law energy prevent you from exercising?  In the beginning of your program we create a plan and set goals for working together. That creates the focus and accountability you need so you finally can get results you couldn’t get while working on your own. Also most of my clients comes to me with similar health problems and struggles I had in the past and was able to overcome it through nutrition. That creates trust because my clients know I understand their struggles.

 

What exactly is The La Dolce Vita Nutrition Program and what does it include?

Prioritizing your health begins with understanding what is your starting point and your existing lifestyle and where do you want to be. Then, it means taking actions on it. These are the steps of The La Dolce Vita Nutrition Program I have created after working with hundreds of clients.

In addition to these 8 steps, you will learn dozens and dozens of tips, tricks, recipes and things to make the good nutrition easy and fun. To avoid self-sabotage that holds you back and create a system that you are going to use and enjoy all your life.

8 Step Diet-Free System To Great Health And A Sexy Body

1. Goals. Make your health and your happiness a priority. We will make a plan and set goals to help you focus and create the accountability you need so you can get results you have been thinking and dreaming about. We’ll look at your existing diet, health and your lifestyle and see what your unique needs and goals are for working together.

2. Makeover. Setting the stage for change. The next step is your kitchen and pantry makeover to set the stage for the changes and get rid of the unhealthy tempting foods that can sabotage your diet. You’ll get educated in how to shop for healthy food options in the store and go on a field trip to the store together.

3. Food. Together we’ll find out what are the missing elements in your diet and how to introduce them gradually to avoid feeling overwhelmed. We’ll start adding more nutritious food into your diet to crowd out the unhealthy food you have been eating.

4. Strategy. We will then construct a step-by-step, meal-by-meal easy to follow action plan that will give you options and variety without counting calories and controlling your portion sizes. We’ll focus on the quality of the food you eat and create patterns in your day to help you follow the plan and make it work.

5. Balanced life. La Dolce Vita Nutrition Program is not only about food but also about how other elements of our lives impact what, when and how we eat. Guilt free self-care, stress management, relaxation techniques as well as physical activity are important elements of this program and your new balanced life.

6. Hands on. It’s important to learn practical skills to help you in your everyday life. We’ll learn how to use the information you have learned and use it everyday. Fun, easy and quick recipes that will give you total confidence in the kitchen and help you create healthy meals in minutes.
