Is it allergies or is it what you eat?
Spring is here! And so is the pollen and allergy season for so many people.
But, could the problem actually be something else? Like what we are eating?
Let me give you some food for thought.
I have a client who has suffered from chronic asthma and allergies for over 20 years. It was so bad that she felt exhausted all the time, her nose was running, eyes were itchy and achy, she couldn’t exercise or spend much time outside. She was on a number of medications including steroids.
When we started working together, we put her on a program of adding more whole foods and eliminating processed food. Eventually, we eliminated gluten and dairy and kept adding more and more wholesome, nutritious foods into her diet.

What we were effectively doing is eliminating an entire range of inflammatory foods from her diet and replacing them with nutrient rich foods instead.
The results have been miraculous. She is now off all her medications, is enjoying the outdoors, just took and truly enjoyed her first real vacation in over 20 years ... and has lost over 20 POUNDS to boot.
Problems like hers are VERY COMMON and most doctors who rely on prescription and over-the-counter medications do not get to the root cause of the problem the way we did with my client.
And now most of her extended family are disciples of this new way of eating and are loving it!
So, if you or a loved one have experienced similar problems, we should talk.
