Rule No 2 - always read the nutrition label and ingredients list!

So it's week three of our nutrition program. And today our nutritionist Renata Petecka recommended we become "food detectives." That is, read the labels on all packaged foods, carefully. She advised avoiding anything that has sugar, if it is one of the first three ingredients listed. "Start reading labels," Renata said. "Stop eating sugar."
