Welcome to week two of the Fall Cleanse. Let’s start this season in the best shape ever.

Today it’s time for step #2!

This step was one of the discoveries in my own path to weight loss and better health and the biggest surprise that allowed me to lose weight while eating more.

Today’s step is something very powerful that we generally skip.

Here are a few excuses that I’ve heard over the years from my clients… and some I used in the past:

  • I don’t have time
  • I don’t feel like doing it
  • I don’t think it’s necessary
  • I don’t feel that is going to really have an impact on my weight loss goals
  • I’m not hungry
  • If I do it, I’ll feel hungry all day long

Some people actually think that it’s going to cause them to gain weight. To be totally honest with you I was one of those people.

Today’s action step will help you reduce your hunger level, cravings and binges throughout the day, increase your energy, make you more productive, and ultimately help you lose weight.

Today’s Action – Step #2

Today’s action step is eating a nutritious breakfast in the morning. Some of you might already feel resistance. Maybe you are saying,“Renata, I don’t have time in the morning! I don’t know what I’m supposed to be eating!  I don’t know what’s healthy! I feel like I’m going to gain weight!”.

That’s ok! I’m going to tell you a very, very simple way to start eating your breakfast that is going to make you feel:

  • light
  • energized
  • nourished
  • start your day giving your body all the vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and fiber it needs
  • AND it takes only about 3-5 minutes!

This magic elixir is called a Green Smoothie!

How to Make Your Green Smoothie.

The easiest way that will help you save a lot of money is to buy all the ingredients and make it at home. I recommend using frozen fruits because they are less expensive, always available, and you don’t have to peel them. You can also use frozen or fresh kale. The nice thing about kale is that it keeps in the refrigerator for more than a week. I have an amazing recipe that you can use in the end of this email.

If you don’t want to deal with making your smoothies yourself, you can actually find a smoothie bar near you and buy it every morning on your way to work. You don’t even have to touch your blender!

Doing this simple action step will have a huge impact on your energy level, cravings, and snacking throughout the day, and ultimately will help you lose weight.
