How to avoid and oil spill in your kitchen

How to avoid and oil spill in your kitchen

I hope you’re having a nice, relaxing Saturday morning. What are doing this weekend?

If you’re like me you’re making plans to spend your free time doing things that you love, like yoga, going to the movies or to a nice romantic dinner.

No rush, no strict schedule, no pressure.

Weekends are a perfect time for us to practice self-love and self-care.

I feel like the more I take care of myself the more love and care I can give to others… So be gentle with yourself this weekend.

In my video below I would like to share with you my 3 tips how to avoid an oil spill in your kitchen and save you 850 calories a day.

BTW that adds up to almost 6000 calories a week!!!

Before I started changes in my diet I used tons of olive oil in my recipes, dipping my bread in the restaurants, and to make my favorite salad dressings. I was surprised when I found out how many empty calories I was adding to my food.

Renata’s 3 Tips To Avoid Oil Spill:

#2. Learn how to water sauté

#3. Learn how to make your favorite salad dressings without olive oil

I’m looking forward to “seeing” you soon.
