[Peek into my kitchen] Light and Refreshing Watermelon Gazpacho

Summer is a perfect time of the year to eat according to the seasons because everything is in season!

The food that is available for us this time of the year is absolute heaven! The flavors, colors, smell, and taste of the food in the summer are something that you can not compare to any other time of the year

Have you check out if there are any local farmers markets near you?

I have a farmers market right in front of my house. OMG, I feel so lucky!!!

I decided to use seasonal fruits and vegetables for one of my favorite recipes Watermelon Gazpacho.

Many of the ingredients in this recipe are light, cooling, and refreshing.

Nature intended the summer food to work as our internal air condition system helping our body to balance the heat from the outside.

I’m so excited to share with you this amazing Watermelon Gazpacho recipe that is just perfect as a summer appetizer!

Try it out and please let me know how you liked it!

Bon Appetit!

Sending you lots of love,
Renata
