Artificial sweeteners: To use or not to use?

Last week I spend some time back in NYC. It felt like being home again.

My husband joined me and we did some fun stuff like checking out some new restaurants, going to a show (we saw The Book of Mormon) and getting together with friends and family.

The highlight of the trip was getting together with my daughter who lives in NYC and is a grad student at NYU Stern business school, I miss her so much!

Pineapple & Mint Vitamin Water Recipe:

Mix in a pitcher : 10 cups of water + 10 chunks of fresh pineapple + 10 fresh mint leaves. Leave in the refrigerator overnight before serving. Enjoy!
