A Cleanse With Style: My Secret Weapon +10 Tips + recipe!

Hello Beautiful!

I had a dream a few nights ago that I couldn’t stop thinking about it, so I went online and googled what it meant and here is what I read:

“Your need for renewal, rejuvenation and self-cleansing of your psychological, emotional or spiritual being. You need to reevaluate major aspects in your life”.

It ruffled my feathers! I eat healthy, journal, take time for my spiritual practice, exercise… What else I could be doing?

I took a closer look and realized that perhaps my self-care priorities were pushed by other things that “I HAD TO” accommodate in my schedule… or I thought I HAD TO,

I got “TOO BUSY”, just the sound of “I’m TOO busy” makes me cringe!

And “I DON’T HAVE TIME” – my translation EXCUSE!

Read my article “I Do My Shopping In My 6 Inch Stilettos With My “I Don’t Have Time” Strategies”.

OKAY, I got the message! It is time to shake things up, bring more vitality, lightness, joy, and love into my life and let go of the old story of excuses, had to’s and I’m too busy to tell you how busy I’m!

I love the quote from my favorite place, The Hippocrates Health Institute, “It is not how much food is in your life, it how much life is in your food!”.

Since I believe that in a healthy body resides a healthy mind and spirit I started with CLEANSING my  BODY and went to my GO TO SECRET WEAPON when I need an instant glow, bright skin, clear mind and high vibration …  GREEN JUICES.

I’ll talk about the MIND and SOUL in my next email.

Would you like to join me?

Let’s do it together!

The best time to start is, of course, TODAY!

Dust your juicer off and dip your beautifully pedicured toe into the amazing world of juicing.

I would love to share with you:

my FAVORITE JUICE RECIPE to inspire you.

Tip #1. Drink your juice on an empty stomach or at least two hours after a meal and two hours before your next meal.

Tip #2. Clean your juicer after each use. You know what I’m talking about when you leave it with the pulp for too long.

Tip #3. Use a plastic bag in your pulp container. It will save you time to wash one part of your juicer. It’s also super easy to take the bag out and dispose it.

Tip #4. Avoid juicing kale and spinach all the time. Use different green vegetables in your juice like celery.

Tip #5. Try to use as few sweet fruits as possible. Start with a ration 3:1 (3 vegetables and 1 fruit) and as your taste buds adjust use less fruit. Use green apples, pear and lemon to make your juice taste great.

Tip #6. Green juice is not a meal unless you are on a juice fast.

Tip #7. To get the most nutrients from your juice drink your juice as soon as you make it.

Tip #8. Prep your vegetables for a couple of days and keep them in a large plastic ziploc bag. It will save you a lot of time to have your ingredients ready especially if you are juicing in the morning.

Tip #9. Use glass mason jars with a lid to store your container instead of plastic. Your green juice is going to stay fresh longer. You can buy them for $1 at many grocery stores.

Tip #10. Start your day with a green juice. Having your juice first thing in the morning is going to give you boost of vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, and enzymes AND a lot of energy! Your body is going to be so thankful to you.
