I invite you to peek into my kitchen!

Today I would like to invite you to my kitchen to inspire you to cook more.

Let’s cook together! I’m going to share with you my personal tips, pictures and my favorite recipes.

Because I’m not a chef and I don’t follow very complicated and difficult recipes, preparing food to me has to be:

1.     simple

2.     quick

3.     easy

4.     delicious

So, let’s get started!

Today let’s cook my favorite dish – SOUP. I love soups. They are simple, filling, inexpensive and make us WARM.

Creamy Split Pea Soup

Step 1: Ingredients

1 onion

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoons kosher salt

4 medium carrots

3 medium red boiling potatoes

1 pound dried split green peas (one 16oz bag)

2 celery

2 vegetable broth (low sodium)

1 TBS Bragg Liquid Aminos

Step 2:

Dice: carrots, onions, celery, potatoes, cauliflower and rinse the peas

Step 3

Put all ingredients into the pot

Step 4

Simmer for about 1 hour and 30 minutes (half time uncovered, half time covered)

 Step 5
